- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I absolutely love my Provider there, but I can never get in to see her. It seems that every time I call, I have several weeks to wait to see her. This is a huge problem for someone like me that has spotty insurance and it creates higher costs for my insurance. If I have a major problem that isn't necessarily an emergency, I am required to go to walk in clinics, which can't see me for some things and tell me I need to see my regular Dr or I am forced to use the ER for something that is not a true emergency. The staff has a serious lack of concern for this issue and many of them have poor attitudes. I can't ever get ahold of someone in billing and when I leave messages, I only get someone getting back to me half the time. I wish my provider wouldn't have been forced to switch over to this clinic. I have hated the clinic since day one.April 03, 2017by Christine Tolhurst
